Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Sewer to join a growing manufacturing team in Central Phoenix. This role is responsible for sewing, assembling, and finishing heavy-duty textiles and materials used in industrial applications. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to meet production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

(4) 10’s- Monday – Thursday | 4:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing equipment, including single-needle, double-needle, serger, and grommet machines
• Sew industrial textiles, filter cloths, and other heavy-duty materials according to specifications and samples
• Measure and cut materials from mill rolls using established layout guidelines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and identify defects
• Assemble, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance
• Accurately record production activity (e.g., job start/end times) in ERP or tracking systems
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
