Injection Molding Operator
Sturbridge, MA
Are you passionate about precision manufacturing and quality products? Our client is seeking a dedicated Injection Molding Operator to join their 2nd shift team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in producing high-quality plastic components, ensuring efficiency and safety in every step of the process.
Responsibilities of the Injection Molding Operator
– Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines to ensure optimal production output.
– Inspect parts during the molding cycle and pack completed products.
– Box parts efficiently and accurately.
– Follow the production schedule provided by the molding manager.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, machines, and tools.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements of the Injection Molding Operator
– Prior experience with presses, factory machinery, and injection molding is desired.
– Excellent manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
– Must adhere to all PPE requirements and OSHA standards.
– Ability to pass a background check.
– Proficiency in English is required.
Compensation/Benefits for the Injection Molding Operator
– Pay Rate $19.00+ DOE
