The Inside Sales Representative is the primary contact for customer interactions as it relates to product inquiries, customer quotes, customer orders, and related customer requests. Primary responsibilities include providing a Superior Customer Experience and engaging in revenue generating activity through telephone, email, and live chat interactions. The Inside Sales team works closely with Customer Service, Technical Support, Product Management, Purchasing, Production, and Quality Management to create an overall experience that delights the customer and builds brand loyalty.
