Inside Sales/Account Manager – Commercial HVAC
Location: Denver, CO

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales/Account Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with commercial HVAC contractors, engineers, and building owners. You will provide product recommendations, generate quotes, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial HVAC clients.
Develop and deliver quotes, proposals, and product recommendations.
Collaborate with outside sales and technical teams to meet customer needs.
Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues.

Qualifications:

2+ years of inside sales or account management experience (HVAC or related industry preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
