Masis Professional Group is recruiting for a Inside Sales Account Manager on behalf of our client located in Devens, MA. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Duties/Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Accountant Manager:

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and quoting.
  • Contact new and existing customers to increase sales.
  • Emphasize the technology and services to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Follow up on quotes sent and keep in contact with customers after delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to facilitate customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain contact lists to insure we have the best contact information for all customers.
  • Must have the ability to read blueprints and view electronic drawings to generate quotes.
  • Must have knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to procure vendor pricing for product and services.
  • Very good communication skills via phone, email, and face to face customer contact.
  • Must have a customer first mentality and a drive to succeed
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Physical Demands of the Inside Sales Account Manager:

  • Employee is occasionally required to stand and walk; lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision ability is required which includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
