Masis Professional Group is recruiting for a Inside Sales Account Manager on behalf of our client located in Devens, MA. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Duties/Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Accountant Manager:

Identify prospective customers, lead generation and quoting.
Contact new and existing customers to increase sales.
Emphasize the technology and services to highlight how they solve customer problems.
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
Follow up on quotes sent and keep in contact with customers after delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to facilitate customer satisfaction.
Maintain contact lists to insure we have the best contact information for all customers.
Must have the ability to read blueprints and view electronic drawings to generate quotes.
Must have knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Ability to procure vendor pricing for product and services.
Very good communication skills via phone, email, and face to face customer contact.
Must have a customer first mentality and a drive to succeed
Able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

Physical Demands of the Inside Sales Account Manager:

Employee is occasionally required to stand and walk; lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision ability is required which includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
