Responsibilities of the Laser Operator – 2nd shift
Operate fiber laser machines with a minimum of 1,000 watts of power efficiently and safely.
Utilize Amada, Trumpf, or comparable laser machines to cut materials such as mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Interpret technical drawings and access programs to accurately cut parts.
Perform basic maintenance on laser machines to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with our client’s team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the shift.
Requirements of the Laser Operator – 2nd shift
Proven experience operating fiber laser machines with at least 1,000 watts of power in a production setting.
Proficiency with Amada, Trumpf, or similar laser equipment.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience in cutting materials such as mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Knowledge of basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
