Key Responsibilities Lead Carpenter/Site Supervisor:

Supervise and lead carpentry crews and subcontractors on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Perform and oversee all phases of carpentry, including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and custom installations.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to maintain clear communication regarding project progress and changes.
Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, deliveries, and ensuring site safety and cleanliness.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets high-end residential standards.

Qualifications Lead Carpenter/Site Supervisor:

7+ years of residential carpentry experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Proven experience in high-end residential construction and remodeling.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and blueprints.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
$90,000-100,000, full benefits package
