Licensed Plumber (All Levels)
Location: Worcester, MA
Type: Full-Time
We are a growing residential and commercial plumbing contractor serving Worcester and the surrounding areas, seeking Licensed Plumbers at all levels to join our team. This role focuses heavily on plumbing service, repairs, and drain cleaning across both residential and commercial environments.
Responsibilities
• Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Diagnose plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, low pressure, and system failures
• Perform drain cleaning using snakes, augers, and hydro-jetting equipment
• Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, valves, and drainage systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes
• Communicate clearly with customers, property managers, and team members
• Ensure work is completed to local and state plumbing codes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Accurately document work performed and materials used
Requirements
• Valid Massachusetts plumbing license (Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master)
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and drain cleaning techniques
• Experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing environments
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with hydro-jetting and advanced drain cleaning equipment
• Service background with direct customer interaction
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
