Masis Staffing is hiring experienced Line Supervisors for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in New Albany, Ohio. If you have leadership experience, enjoy keeping production on track, and know how to motivate a team while maintaining quality and safety, we want to hear from you.

Line Leads also support setup, workflow organization, production reporting, and continuous improvement efforts across the department.


Line lead Responsibilities:
Supervises Teammates Duties/Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
• Ensures all GMPs are being followed on the floor, with attention to health and safety procedures and policies. Adjusts and coaches teammates as necessary to ensure adherence.
• Manages the flow and pace of the line to ensure all production goals are met. Assists FGE and Indirect Support Staff in ensuring that WIP and FG are moved appropriately in order to maintain the pace and flow of the line.
• Ensures production guidelines and specifications for quality are met on every item produced/assembled.
• Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.
• Ensuring all workers are in position and prepared for duty.
• Monitor the individual components used for pack-out and replenish as needed to ensure steady flow of production.
• Verify that proper labels and any requirements for the particular job are being adhered to.
• Train new workers on their station on the assembly line.
• Reporting any operational issues to floor leadership to assure that the line can continue moving.
• Responsible for counting damages, using the provided form(s), daily and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for clearing the line of all unused products at the end of the job and placing the unused items into the original container.
• Coordination with the FGE(s) to ensure accurate production records.
• Ensure stockers limit the amount of open product towards the end of the shift.
