Line Worker (Essential Duties)

  • Load glass onto the glue machine conveyor
  • Load glass onto the pour conveyor using fixtures
  • Cut wicks and complete basic candle prep
  • Clean candles with a rag to ensure quality
  • Hand-apply labels
  • Place lids on candles
  • Pack candles into inserts and pack into master boxes
  • Tape and stack boxes onto pallets

Tools you may use: wick cutters, pokers, hooks, pliers, scissors, safety knife, tape machine.

Line Worker Schedule & Pay

  • 1st shift- Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm at $14.00 an hour.
  • 2nd shift- Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm at $14.50 an hour.
  • 3rd shift- Sunday-Thursday, 10:30pm-6:30am at $15.50 an hour.
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

Physical Demands / Work Environment

  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent use of hands (handling, reaching, gripping)
  • Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and occasionally balance/climb
  • Lift/move 50+ lbs with assistance when needed
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and strong aromas
  • Occasional airborne particles; moderate noise level
