Loader 3rd Shift
Norwalk, CT

Our client is seeking a dedicated 3rd shift Loader to join their team and contribute to efficient product movement, storage, and handling. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities of the Loader
Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using manual labor or equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment based on customer requirements.
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and store items in designated locations.
Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
Ensure all products are handled safely and stored properly to prevent damage.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Follow company policies and procedures, including OSHA and safety guidelines.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements of the Loader
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.).
