LTL Lead 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping team.
• Coordinate daily shipping activities and make sure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Prepare and organize shipments for pickup.
• Verify orders, labels, paperwork, and shipping information.
• Assign tasks to team members and help monitor productivity.
• Operate a Cherry Picker or other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Ensure products are properly staged, wrapped, and ready for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Help train new employees and provide guidance to the team.
• Communicate any shipping issues or delays to management.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse and/or shipping experience.
• Previous leadership or lead experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary: $21- $22/hour

Hours/Shift time:

• 1st: Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
