LTL Lead
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping team.
Coordinate daily shipping activities and make sure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Prepare and organize shipments for pickup.
Verify orders, labels, paperwork, and shipping information.
Assign tasks to team members and help monitor productivity.
Operate a Cherry Picker or other warehouse equipment as needed.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Ensure products are properly staged, wrapped, and ready for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Help train new employees and provide guidance to the team.
Communicate any shipping issues or delays to management.
Requirements:
Previous warehouse and/or shipping experience.
Previous leadership or lead experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary: $21- $22/hour
Hours/Shift time:
1st: Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
