Responsibilities of the Machine Operator
Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Collaborate with our client’s team to optimize production efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Document production data and report any discrepancies.
Requirements of the Machine Operator
Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
