No previous machine operating experience is necessary. We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are eager to learn, take pride in their work, and want to grow their skills.
Learn to set up, operate, and maintain industrial laser printing machines, cutters, collators, and folding equipment.
Follow written work instructions to ensure machines run properly and products meet quality standards.
Monitor production operations and inspect finished products for accuracy and consistency.
Use computers to enter production information and control machine functions.
Assist with loading, positioning, and handling large material rolls using appropriate material-handling equipment.
Lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds approximately 10 times per hour.
Perform routine machine checks and keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology.
Ability to read and follow written instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to distinguish colors accurately for print quality inspections.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
Ability to maneuver industrial rolls weighing 1,000 pounds or more using appropriate equipment and safe handling procedures.
Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.
Paid training: Learn specialized equipment operation from experienced team members.
