Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Required Skills:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
• Basic mathematical skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in operating and setting up packaging machines, labelers, and scales
• Attention to detail for product inspection and quality control
• Physical ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Strong problem-solving skills to detect and address machine faults

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging industries
• Experience with machine setup and changeover processes
• Familiarity with lot number and code date checking
• Basic computer skills for inputting pricing and date information

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
