Job Summary

We’re hiring a reliable Production Associate / Press Operator to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Londonderry, NH. In this role, you’ll help keep production equipment running smoothly, complete quality checks, label finished product correctly, and move completed work to designated warehouse areas.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Select and use the correct raw materials following FIFO (First-In/First-Out) procedures
Keep production presses running to required specifications to maintain operating speeds
Perform ongoing visual and dimensional quality checks on cups being produced
Ensure the correct barcode labels are used for each container produced
Store completed work in designated warehouse areas
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Strong attention to detail for quality checks and labeling accuracy
Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment
Ability to stand, bend, and lift as required throughout the shift
