Masis Staffing is seeking to fill 1st shift need for a Machine Operator in Milford, NH Monday- Thursday 3:00AM-1:00PM.

Job description of a Machine Operator:
Responsible for operating and maintaining the various wicking machines. Monitor and update downtime on the machines, and work with production team to meet daily production goals.

Job Responsibilities of a Machine Operator:

• Evaluate each work order. Maintain the production daily log and appropriate sign-off documentation.
• Prepares labels for initial startup and new work order, pull sample bag for QA department.
• Set up machine with wick, sustainer, adjusted length, acceptable crimp, and correct tooling/machine parts for different vessels. Mount spools and thread wickers.
• Regularly perform preventative maintenance.
• Cycle count all inventory.
• Maintain company standards of performance and comply with housekeeping, safety policies and procedures. Required to perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Supervisor.

Job Requirements of a Machine Operator:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• 1 year experience as a machine operator.

Hours and Rate of Pay for a Machine Operator:
Pay is $18.75/hr 
Monday- Thursday 3:00AM-1:00PM 
This is a temp- hire 30 day position. Work 30 days with the agency get hired on permanently with the company afterwards. Excellent company benefits upon hire.
