Job Title: Shear Machine Operator
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Job Summary: Masis Staffing is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. Willing to rain candidates with little to no experience if you have the right attitude and work ethic.
Job Responsibilities: Job Requirements: Compensation
            Schedule: Monday – Friday 5 am – 1:30 pm
            Pay Rate: $18- $22

Capable of working on their feet for 8 hours constantly handling/flipping/rotating flat steel sheets to form parts
Ability to operate the machine safely and independently (previous experience being around or operating heavy industrial machinery is preferred).
Perform own setup as required per job
Ability to read work order or blueprints as necessary
Ability to measuring devices such tape measure. Must know how to reach a tape measure with a precision of 1/32”.
Require meeting daily goals as assigned by production supervisor or team lead
Ability to work OT as needed, occasional Saturdays
Previous sheet metal handling or exposure preferred
