Machine Operator – Bindery
Location: Greenville, SC
Job Type: Full-Time Monday to Friday train on 1^st shift but the position on 2^nd shift
Pay Rate: Training on 1^st shift $15hr, Position on 2^nd shift $16.00hr
Masis Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Bindery Machine Operator for our client in Greenville, SC. The Bindery Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining small-format bindery equipment to complete production tasks efficiently and accurately. You will operate machinery such as the Perfect Binder, Stitcher, Folder, and Cutter to fulfill customer job requirements prior to packing and shipping. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to follow job specifications, and a commitment to meeting client standards.
Responsibilities Machine Operator / Bindery

• Set up and operate various small-format bindery equipment.
• Follow job tickets closely to ensure specifications and client requirements are met.
• Learn and operate current equipment and train.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance.
• Assist with additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements Machine Operator / Bindery

• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in bindery operations or operating similar machinery is strongly preferred.
