Machine Operator (1st Shift) — Milford, NH

Pay Range: $24.00–$28.00 per hour

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring a Machine Operator (1st Shift) in Milford, NH. This role is responsible for setting up equipment, monitoring production, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Mechanically set up the Univero line, including installation of appropriate tooling and auxiliary line equipment needed to produce varying cable designs per process instructions
Monitor raw material supply to ensure continuous operation
Perform required measurements using company-approved measuring devices
Verify measuring devices are properly calibrated
Visually inspect neutral spools for damaged wires
Perform cold welds of bare neutral wires to maintain spool operation
Maintain accurate record keeping, including work center records and other required documentation
Take corrective action to ensure quality product
Participate in scheduled team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
Participate in maintaining ISO certification
Adhere to applicable System Level Procedures (SLPs) and Process Controls
