Machine Operator (3rd Shift) — (Milford, NH)

Pay Range: $24.00–$28.00 per hour
Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring 3rd Shift Machine Operators in Milford, NH (multiple positions). This is a great opportunity to join a quality-focused manufacturing team with strong processes and a continuous improvement culture.

What You’ll Do

• Mechanically set up the Univero line, including installing appropriate tooling and all auxiliary line equipment needed to produce varying cable designs per process instructions
• Consistently monitor raw material supply to ensure continuous operation
• Perform required measurements using company-approved measuring devices
• Verify measuring devices are properly calibrated
• Visually inspect neutral spools for damaged wires
• Perform cold welds of bare neutral wires to maintain spool operation
• Maintain accurate record keeping of all pertinent information, including work center records
• Take corrective action as needed to ensure a quality product
• Participate in scheduled team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
• Participate in maintaining ISO certification
• Adhere to applicable System Level Procedures (SLPs) and Process Controls

What We’re Looking For

• Prior machine operator and/or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable performing measurements and documentation/recordkeeping
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
