Machine Operator / General Laborer

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator / General Laborer
Fill the washer with water as needed and operate washer pumps, conveyor, and heat.
Load and unload pans efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and quality standards are met.
Inspect pans for cleanliness and set aside any that require re-processing.
Maintain cleanliness by removing excess water from the floor after each washing cycle.
Report any mechanical issues or unsafe conditions to the Plant Manager, Supervisor, or Lead immediately.
Perform daily and weekly housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Assist with other duties as needed when there are no pans to load or as directed by the management team.
Requirements of the Machine Operator / General Laborer
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Completion of training in Emergency Procedures, Eye Protection, Fire Safety, and other safety protocols.
Must wear safety glasses, goggles, ear plugs, gloves, and safety shoes as required.
Adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout Tagout procedures, is mandatory.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
