Responsibilities of the Machine Operator

Operate and set up production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Must be capable of operating the case making cell auxiliary equipment will includes the following:
in-line slitters
hot stamps
labeling
cutting and date coding .

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Fills out all required paperwork and enters receipts qualities in the SAP
Requirements of the Machine Operator
Ability to move around the production floor and sit or stand for the entire shift, based on production needs.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a similar role or related training is preferred.
Willingness to wear safety glasses and hearing protection during shifts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work overtime, including Saturdays, as required.

Compensation/Benefits for the Machine Operator

$21.00/HR
