Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys fixing small issues and keeping a hotel running smoothly? We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician – Hotel to handle minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep throughout the property. This Maintenance Technician – Hotel role is essential in ensuring guests experience a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.
As a Maintenance Technician – Hotel, you will:
Perform light maintenance tasks including unclogging toilets and drains as needed.
Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and minor electrical components.
Complete minor painting and touch-up work throughout the hotel.
Repair small maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management or housekeeping.
Inspect hotel areas to identify and address potential safety or repair concerns.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain tools and work areas in good condition.
The ideal Maintenance Technician – Hotel will have:
Previous experience in hotel maintenance, handyman work, or general repair.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry repairs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor maintenance issues independently.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and move throughout the property as needed.
Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to pass a background check.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Varies based on hotel needs
