Maintenance Lead Location: Warwick, RI Schedule: 1st Shift (7am-3pm) Pay: Competitive, based on experience
We are hiring a hands-on Maintenance Lead for a manufacturing facility in Warwick, RI. This person will support both facility maintenance and production equipment repair, with a strong focus on printing and packaging machinery.
This is a key role for someone who already has experience repairing and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment such as presses, die cutters, and gluers. The right person will be able to step in, help keep older equipment running, prioritize maintenance needs, and support a junior maintenance team member.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility systems.
Support maintenance on presses, die cutters, and gluers.
Help prioritize daily maintenance work and respond to equipment breakdowns.
Assist with preventive maintenance and reduce downtime.
Provide guidance and support to a junior maintenance technician.
Qualifications:
Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Direct experience repairing press machines, die cutters, and gluers is required.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Prior lead experience is a plus.
Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced production environment.
