Servo / Motion Control Technician – Dry Food Spice Seasoning Packaging

Location: Fort Worth, TX

A fast-growing spice packaging manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Servo / Motion Control Technician to support production equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role focuses on installing, setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing servo-driven machinery to keep operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Install, commission, and support servo motors, servo drives, and motion control systems
Tune drives and optimize machine performance
Diagnose and resolve motion control and automation faults
Work closely with PLC and HMI systems to troubleshoot equipment issues
Support production equipment uptime and continuous improvement efforts
Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and upgrades
Maintain flexibility with work schedule as production needs change

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with servo motors, servo drives, and motion control systems
Experience commissioning and tuning servo-driven machinery
Ability to diagnose motion faults in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of PLC and HMI systems
Hands-on troubleshooting skills with production equipment
Experience in packaging or food manufacturing preferred
Flexible to adjust schedule as needed to support operations
