Most Important:
3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience; strong mechanical troubleshooting ability; experience with motors, relays, starters, VFDs or industrial electrical systems; experience with pneumatics and/or hydraulics; ability to troubleshoot production equipment independently; and the ability to read schematics, manuals and technical documentation.
Helpful, but not required:
PLC troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, CNC or metal-forming equipment, heat-treat equipment, CMMS experience, compressors, building systems, HVAC/plumbing, or ISO manufacturing environments.
High school diploma or GED required. Technical school, trade certification or equivalent hands-on industrial maintenance experience is preferred.
This is an opportunity to use your troubleshooting skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment where maintenance plays a critical role in keeping operations running.
Pay is $35–$40/hour based on experience.
If you have strong industrial maintenance experience but don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
