Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Mandarin/English Warehouse Associates to join our team in Apopka. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English and have previous warehouse experience. Candidates who also speak Spanish are highly preferred.

This position is ideal for individuals who can support communication between team members and help maintain smooth warehouse operations in a multilingual environment.

Candidates must be dependable, flexible, and willing to work 7 days a week with a set schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, sorting, labeling, and shipping products.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Support daily production and operational goals.
• Assist with bilingual communication when needed.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus.
• Must be available to work 7 days a week with a consistent assigned schedule.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to speak multiple languages (Mandarin, English, and Spanish).
• Experience working with diverse teams.
