What Will You Be Doing?

Think of this as precision assembly work — working with small components, following simple instructions, and making sure everything fits together just right!

  • Assemble small fiber optic components using step-by-step instructions

  • Work with basic hand tools, measuring devices, and epoxy materials

  • Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality

  • Perform careful, detailed assembly work

  • Enter basic production information into a computer

  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe

What Makes Someone a Great Fit?

We're looking for people who are dependable, patient, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with their hands.

  • Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands

  • Comfortable working with small parts

  • Ability to follow basic written instructions

  • Basic computer skills

  • Comfortable using a ruler or simple measuring tools

  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn

  • Basic English is acceptable!

Have experience in assembly, electronics, manufacturing, inspection, or other detailed hands-on work? Even better! Your experience could qualify you for higher pay.

Flexible Shifts That Work for Your Life!

1st Shift Options:

  • 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

  • 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

2nd Shift Options:

  • 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

  • 3:30 PM–11:30 PM

Flexible start and end times are available!
