Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that fit the company’s capabilities and model.
Develop and document processes to bring new products from concept to production.
Communicate with customers to prepare accurate quotes, ensuring projects align with team capabilities.
Review and verify customer purchase orders to confirm consistency with approved quotes.
Coordinate and share new project details with internal teams including quality, purchasing, accounting, and engineering.
Manage knowledge of materials, coatings, finishing, packaging, and shipping requirements (domestic and international).
Qualifications
Strong experience in tool and die design, including single-hit and progressive dies.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Mastercam, and SolidWorks (or similar CAD systems).
Familiarity with multiple drawing formats (.DWG, .MC7, STEP, IGES).
Knowledge of tooling standards, blank development, and unfolding parts using CAD or bending formulas.
Ability to interpret and create electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.
Understanding of CNC programming and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
$80,000-100,000 starting salary, full benefits package, and more available
