Masis Staffing is hiring for Manufacturing / material handlers to work in a manufacturing plant in Fort Worth TX 76140. Looking for candidates who are an all around Manufacturing candidate (Machine Operation, Forklift Operator, Quality Inspection Material Handler). Must have experience working in manufacturing environment with raw material. 

Shift Hours: Rotating Shift, 6:30AM- 7:00PM OR 6:30pm- 7:00AM
Payrate: $20-25
TEMP TO HIRE

Job Duties will be reporting to the Shift Supervisor and supports production by ensuring machines are fully supplied, work areas are clean, and materials flow efficiently to prevent downtime. This role monitors equipment, maintains inventory accuracy, and quickly escalates any issues to support safe and continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply raw materials to production lines and scan materials to work orders
• Monitor blenders, grinders, and auxiliary equipment
• Support changeovers and startups
• Move finished goods to staging/shipping and ensure proper labeling
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow FIFO practices
• Complete line clearances and follow GMP and Lean standards
• Maintain clean, organized work centers
• Assist team members and relieve breaks as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years manufacturing experience REQUIRED (blow molding or injection molding needed)
• Experience with barcode scanners, pallet jacks, blenders, grinders
• Knowledge of GMP, Lean, and manufacturing best practices
• Basic computer skills (Teams, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Standing for full shift
• Sit-down Forklift required
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs
• Pushing/pulling pallets and moving materials

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
