Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Employment Type: Temporary with Potential for Temp-to-Hire
Masis Staffing is hiring Manufacturing Technicians to support a growing production team. This position works closely with the Manufacturing Supervisor to assist in the assembly and fabrication of components used in industrial systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with hand tools and shop equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Perform water and gas stick assembly according to engineering specifications.
Assemble manufacturing panels and pump systems.
Complete clean room assembly tasks while following strict quality and safety procedures.
Perform machine shop cutting and assist with various shop activities as needed.
Use shop equipment such as table saws, drill presses, routers, and hand tools to fabricate and assemble components.
Perform PVC gluing and component preparation as required for system assembly.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and build instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with applicable QA/QC requirements.
Assist in maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
Cross-train in other manufacturing tasks as needed to support production.
Experience using machine shop equipment such as table saws, drill presses, routers, and power drills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a self-managed environment while meeting production deadlines.
Good attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the day.
Basic computer skills.
Basic to intermediate math skills for measurements and calculations.
Experience using hand tools and measuring tools, including a tape measure (required).
Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
IR Fusion experience
MES system experience
Manufacturing and shop environment
Requires standing, walking, and working with tools and equipment for extended periods
Hands-on mechanical and assembly work
