Responsibilities of the Material Handler
Operate a clamp forklift to transport materials safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage racks
Handle products carefully to avoid damage
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements of the Material Handler
Previous experience operating a clamp truck/forklift required
Valid forklift certification preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to safety and detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (if required)
Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
Experience with RF scanners
Compensation/Benefits for the Material Handler
Salary: $21.00/hr BOE
