Masis Staffing is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team in Whitestown, IN.

Material Handler 

The Material Handler is responsible for safely moving, organizing, and supplying materials throughout the production and warehouse areas to support daily operations. This role ensures that raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products are transported efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, move, and stage materials within the warehouse and production areas.
  • Supply production lines with the necessary materials and packaging components.
  • Transport finished goods to designated storage or shipping locations.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and support cycle count activities.
  • Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Basic computer and scanning system skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials flow efficiently through the facility to support production, packaging, and shipping operations.

7am-3pm
$17.50/hr
6am- 6pm  
$17.50/hr
