Material Handler

Location: Westborough, MA
Pay: $18–$19.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st shift
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

We are hiring a Material Handler I to support warehouse, kitting, inventory, and material movement in a manufacturing environment. This role is a good fit for someone with 1–2 years of warehouse, stockroom, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Pull, move, issue, and store materials for production
Support kitting, put-away, and inventory activities
Distribute materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
Use pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
Enter, scan, or update material information in warehouse systems
Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
Support accurate material handling and inventory flow

Requirements

1–2 years of material handling, warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience
Good math skills and intermediate computer knowledge
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Forklift experience or ability to pass forklift training
Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, and reach throughout the shift

Preferred

Epicor or other WMS/ERP experience
Experience with kitting, put-away, inventory transactions, or manufacturing warehouse support
Pallet racking experience
