Material Handler – Warehouse
Location: Shrewsbury MA
Pay: $18–$20.50 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

We are hiring reliable and motivated Material Handlers to support inventory, shipping, and warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse or forklift experience looking to grow with a strong team.

What You’ll Do:

Handle, move, and store materials and inventory
Pick, pack, and distribute parts and supplies
Perform kitting and put-away tasks accurately and on time
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (or be trained)
Use warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) to track materials
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support general warehouse operations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained)
Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Epicor a plus)
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to work independently and on a team
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
