Responsibilities of the Material Handler
Ensure the production of a wholesome product free from contamination, adhering to our client's Quality Standards and Specifications.
Complete all required documentation for production records in accordance with company policies.
Attend and complete any company-sponsored training sessions.
Prioritize safety in all daily activities and report any unsafe acts or conditions to the immediate superior.
Inspect equipment before starting to ensure it is in working condition and free of foreign material.
Procure product specifications and formulas according to the production schedule.
Request necessary ingredients to produce the required product quantity.
Inspect raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards and report any deviations to supervision.
Operate assigned equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.Ps).
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements of the Material Handler
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Ability to complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Willingness to attend and complete training sessions as required.
Strong communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members.
Ability to inspect and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation/Benefits for the Material Handler
$21/hour
