Masis Staffing is hiring a Cycle Counter to join our client warehouse team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, organized, and great with numbers.

The Cycle Counter plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring warehouse locations remain clean, organized, and audit-ready.

Location: Charlotte, NC 28269
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
Start Date: September 16, 2026
Orientation: 3 days of required orientation
Position: Immediate Opening

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Great math skills and ability to work with numbers
• Previous cycle counting or inventory experience preferred
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Strong attendance and reliability — consistency is critical
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with the operations team
• Ability to stay focused, organized, and disciplined in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to identify inventory discrepancies and follow through to resolve them

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts across assigned warehouse zones
• Complete additional/ad-hoc counts to support receiving, picking, and replenishment
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and document possible root causes
• Use putaway logs, transaction history, and warehouse system tools to trace errors
• Communicate findings and discrepancies to leadership
• Assist with corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy
• Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready inventory locations
• Follow all warehouse safety and operational procedures

Requirements

• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance
• Must be comfortable working with numbers and performing repetitive counts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed
• Warehouse and inventory experience preferred
• RF scanner/WMS experience preferred
• Must be willing to complete 3 days of orientation
