Masis Staffing is currently seeking experienced Cherry Picker Operators and Warehouse Associates to join a busy warehouse team. If you have experience operating warehouse equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay Rates:
• Days:$19.50 – $21.50/hr
• Nights: $20.50c – $22.50/hr
Available Schedules:
Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + every other Wednesday
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday + every other Wednesday
Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + every other Wednesday
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday + every other Wednesday
Position Overview
As a Cherry Picker Operator, you'll be responsible for safely retrieving, moving, and organizing inventory throughout the warehouse. This role plays a key part in order fulfillment, inventory management, and overall warehouse operations.
What You'll Do
• Operate cherry pickers and other material handling equipment safely
• Pick and replenish inventory at various rack heights
• Use RF scanners to process orders and track inventory
• Transport products throughout the facility
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
• Verify item locations and quantities for order accuracy
• Perform equipment inspections and report any issues
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Meet productivity and quality expectations
Qualifications
• Previous experience operating a cherry picker, order picker, reach truck, or forklift preferred
• Comfortable working at elevated heights
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting
