Masis Staffing is seeking a Material Handler II for a direct hire role on 1st shift in Milford, NH. Starting rate is 19 an hour.

General summary of the Material Handler II
Under general supervision, organize, transport, and support all material within the area of assignment. May use manual and powered material handling equipment and packaging equipment. The skills, efforts, responsibilities, and working conditions are outlined below and made part of this description.

Role and Responsibilities of a Material Handler II

Obtain and maintain proper training for powered industrial trucks. Maintain daily logs. Maintains individual work area/equipment in a neat, orderly manner.
Detects and reports improper operations, faulty equipment/ tooling, defective materials, and unusual conditions to supervisor.
Use material handling equipment such as hand and powered pallet movers, fork trucks, and some powered packing equipment such as banders and stretch wrap machine.
Locate, pick, move, stretch wrap pallets and store material and equipment according to established procedures, both written and verbal.
Maintain proper documentation and records using various paper forms, computer systems, or RF Scan Guns.
Count items and audit pallets for inventory accuracy.
Pick Finished Goods cases per customer order.
Label individual cases as per labeling instructions.
Build pallets per customer specs.
Read and understand Production Schedule to perform kitting function.
Use WMS system to generate pick lists and transport tasks to move materials.
Split material pallets per pick list. Create HU pallet labels in WMS.

Shift and rate of pay of the Material Handler II:

M-F 7 am-3 pm
