Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Hockley, TX
Work Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)
Compensation: $20 – $23

Mechanical Assembler Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to contribute to the production and modification of trucks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading work orders, assembling truck modifications, and ensuring timely coordination with other departments. This position requires the ability to interpret technical documents, operate machinery, and provide support for new employees.

Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble truck modifications based on provided work orders and detailed instructions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and blueprints.
• Operate overhead cranes and other assembly equipment safely.
• Provide guidance and support in training new employees on assembly processes.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to the assembly process and provide information as needed.
• Report progress and issues to immediate supervisor.

Mechanical Assembler Skills

• Experience as an Auto Mechanic, Machine Technician, or Facility Technician.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Proficient in 12-volt wiring and hydraulic plumbing.
• Comfortable operating overhead cranes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong PC skills and the ability to use basic office software.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
