Available Schedules:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 1:45 PM – 11:45 PM (Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend!)
What You Will Do:
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be the cornerstone of our assembly process, transforming components into finished products.
Precision Assembly: Interpret blueprints and schematics to build mechanical sub-assemblies.
Tool Operation: Expertly use torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, soldering irons, crimpers, and pneumatic screwdrivers.
Quality Control: Perform in-process inspections to identify defects and ensure ISO-quality standards.
Tech-Savvy: Use computer terminals to access work orders, log production data, and manage inventory in an ERP system.
Safety Focus: Maintain a 5S-organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols (PPE, LOTO).
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or automotive repair.
Tool Proficiency: Comfort with power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments. Please be prepared to discuss your tool experience in detail.
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to read diagrams and understand mechanical principles.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
Tech Skills: Comfortable using a PC for data entry.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
