MIG/TIG Welder
Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in creating strong, precise welds? Masis Staffing may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in welding a variety of metals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Shift Available: 1st Shift, 10-hour shifts
Pay: $25.00–$29.00/hr

Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components.
• Fabricate metal parts and structures according to blueprints and technical drawings.
• Set up and adjust welding machines and related equipment for each project.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure strength, alignment, and overall quality.
• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine checks to ensure safe operation.
• Record work performed and materials used during fabrication processes.
• Collaborate with fabricators, machinists, and other team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and welding standards.

Requirements:
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of common welding materials, processes, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Ability to visually inspect welds and components for quality and accuracy.

Work Environment:
• Manufacturing or industrial setting with exposure to noise, welding fumes, and varying temperatures.
• Use of welding equipment and required protective gear at all times.

Compensation: $25.00–$29.00 per hour
