Job Title: MIG Welder
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Job Summary: Masis Staffing is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. This role involves setting up, modifying, welding, and finishing hollow metal doors/frames according to work orders. Ideal candidates will have experience with electric and pneumatic tools, including cordless drills, die grinders, and grinders. This position is perfect for those with minimal welding experience looking to grow in a production-based environment.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up, modify, weld, and finish hollow metal doors/frames during an 8-hour shift.
  • Operate electric and pneumatic tools, including cordless drills, die grinders, and grinders.
  • Perform tack welding on thin sheet steel (12GA – 18GA material).
  • Maintain required production output in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stand, sit, and actively move as required during the shift.
  • Assist in other areas as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with welding thin sheet steel (12GA – 18GA) preferred but not required.
  • No welding certification required; minimal experience is acceptable.
  • Ability to operate electric and pneumatic tools.
  • Must be available for overtime, including occasional daily OT and Saturday work.

Compensation
            Schedule: Monday – Friday 5 am – 1:30 pm
            Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
