Job Opening: Molding Operator (Injection Molding)

Join our team as a Molding Operator and help produce high-quality plastic components through precision injection molding. Whether you’re just starting out or have prior experience, we welcome motivated individuals ready to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Run injection molding machines efficiently, loading and unloading materials as needed.
Quality Control: Inspect parts during production to ensure they meet quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Keep the workspace clean and safe by following all safety protocols.

Requirements

No prior experience required — training provided!
Experience in injection molding is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Work Hours

Shifts available: 6 AM – 2 PM or 7 AM – 3 PM (final schedule to be confirmed)

Compensation & Growth

Starting pay: $17.50/hour – $20.00 DOE
Potential to transition from temporary to full-time
