Trimmer / Production Associate
 

Location: Mesa, AZ

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, Some times- on Fridays | 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $17.00+ DOE (Temp-to-Hire)

Job Summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable Trimmers in Mesa, AZ. This position is responsible for trimming excess rubber material from molded products using hand tools while ensuring finished parts meet quality standards.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a shaded work environment. While the work area is covered, it can become hot during the summer months. Candidates should be comfortable working in warm conditions and standing for extended periods.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Trim excess rubber (flash) from molded parts using hand tools.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to produce finished parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Safely handle molded rubber products and materials.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using hand tools with good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for 10–12-hour shifts.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and use repetitive hand motions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Steel toes are required.
