Do you love molding and producing high-quality plastic parts according to specifications? The Molding Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This role involves monitoring machine performance, making adjustments as necessary, and ensuring products meet quality standards while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibility of a Molding Machine Operator:

Molding Machine Operator Sets up molding machines for production by configuring machine settings and selecting appropriate materials.
Monitor and operate the molding machines during the production process to ensure proper operation.
Conduct regular quality checks on molded parts to ensure they meet specifications, including dimensions and appearance.
Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, production counts, and quality inspection results.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements of a Molding Machine Operator:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and write in the English language.
Ability to stand for 8 plus hours and able to lift up to 20 pounds on a frequent basis.
Good working knowledge of basic arithmetic and the ability to calculate percentages.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes

Compensation/Benefits for the Molding Machine Operator

Salary: $15.50 /hour to 17.00/hour
