Offset Press Operator

1st Shift or 2nd Shift
Pay: $25-$40/hour depending on experience

We are hiring an experienced Press Operator for a manufacturing facility in Warwick, RI. This role is focused on offset printing, so candidates must have prior experience working with offset printing presses.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands press setup, print quality, color consistency, changeovers, and keeping production running efficiently. The right person will be comfortable working in a fast-paced print environment and able to troubleshoot issues as they come up.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate offset printing press equipment.
• Review job specifications and follow printing instructions carefully.
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and overall press performance.
• Support job changeovers, cleanup, and line clearance procedures.
• Troubleshoot press issues and help keep production on schedule.
• Complete production documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous offset printing press experience is required.
• Strong understanding of printing press operation, setup, and quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues in a production environment.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or print facility.
• Ability to work 1st shift or 2nd shift.
