Job Title: Order Puller Forklift Operator
Location: Litchfield Ave and Sweetwater, Surprise AZ
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Shift: 1^st Shift Mon.-Fri. 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable Order Puller to accurately pick and prepare warehouse orders. This role requires operating a sit-down forklift and supporting shipping, inventory, and general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review pick tickets and verify order details
• Locate and retrieve items from inventory
• Prepare, pack, and label orders for shipping
• Inspect items for damage and accuracy
• Operate a sit-down forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Help with restocking and inventory checks
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Record order details and communicate with team

Requirements:

• Must have experience operating a forklift 2years+
• Able to lift 20–50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Basic reading and math skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug test(swab test)
