Outbound Loader – 3rd Shift

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently load outbound trailers, ensuring all shipments are prepared accurately and on time.
Verify that all scanning procedures are completed correctly to maintain inventory accuracy.
Investigate and resolve any scanning issues promptly, ensuring seamless shipping operations.
Conduct thorough inspections of products and containers for signs of damage or defects, and report findings to management.
Follow company policies and procedures meticulously, handling materials safely and accurately in accordance with logistical standards.
Participate actively in team and workgroup activities aimed at continuous improvement of warehouse processes and safety.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehouse operations, forklift operation, or shipping/receiving is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Physical ability to stand, lift, and move freight regularly; compliance with safety standards.
